Yes, definitely. At this point I really can't imagine it being set anywhere else - and I really like that they manage to film in so many different places in NY too. (I'm randomly reminded of a clip I saw of Matt and Tim supposedly introducing the show, and instead arguing about whether they were in downtown or midtown :P)
