Tombs visited = 6ish, depending on how stringently you classify them
Hospitals visited = 2 (really should have been more)
Quicksand encounters = 3 (although I'm not convinced that the showrunners understand what quicksand is. A pile of sand in a corridor with a dead body inside suggests more "pile of sand that moved quickly")
Times people warned that there would definitely be mudslides soon = ~10

Women fridged = 2 (eyeroll)
Clouds of flying killer bugs = 2 (the first one stuck around for several episodes)
