I haven't been very keen on my cards in previous years, but this one is great. I think the bottom line is most promising to start with, especially since I have Fire sitting around mostly-finished already *g* The only one I think could be a real problem to write is the Prostitution one.

You know you want to sign up ;) Some of your WIPs might tie in, so it'll be incentive to finish them!!

Keep in mind that prostitution is an…indefinite concept, though? Like, not always about sex? You can prostitute a talent of some kind; or feel like a prostitute even though you aren't one; or be in a "prostitution" type relationship (e.g. "He makes me less lonely so I'm happy to stay with him even though I don't love him"); and so on. Or Peter and Neal could even save a prostitute who was human-trafficked into the country, and display their manly powers of protectiveness and righteousness toward her? This also strikes me as a decent Kate prompt - maybe she didn't die in the plane crash? Maybe she got away and went on a downward spiral. Or maybe she was a pro, before Adler hired her - maybe that's how he found her in the first place?

It is helpful, yes, I went straight to assuming a prostitute AU scenario, which is something I have zero interest in writing. I shall consider more options :)

I may write a Criminal Minds fic for 'serial killers'. I have no idea as of now about the sexswap one - that seems a bit fraught with issues too :S

Loss of voice for Sherlock could be hysterical. Think of the fun John would have if Sherlock had laryngitis. Think of Sherlock having to rely on John for comforting things like hot beverages and mufflers - it's that or let John speak for him, which would be even funnier.

Being forced to hurt someone - I could do half a dozen of those! In WC it could be physical or emotional. Maybe neal is forced to betray Peter in order to save him. Maybe they go undercover and one is caught out, but the other can't be exposed, and one is forced by RBG (Random Bad Guy) to "deal with" the other.

Coma is just deliciousness. It might be interesting to explore it from the patient's POV.

Accidents could be just really cracky - like, Neal keeps being clumsy and people just start staying away.

It is not spoilery at all - besides giving a description of her and her occupation as an alchemist, there is no backstory on her. Also, the bulk of it was written before the finale aired here, so I didn't get any of that in there either.

It's that kind of casefic that can take place at any point in either series.

I have this really annoying tendency to get a couple of thousand words into a fic and then be struck by a brand new plot bunny and going off to write that one instead (rinse and repeat). This is why everything I post is pretty short - I get distracted from the longer ones (although my notebook is filled with half-finished fics!).
