Someone (or several someones) last night put paper masks over all the red traffic lights at the crossroads at the end of Holywell street.

I don't think they are masks - they're the same all the way up to headington so I suspect someone in charge of the lights has altered the settings on the LED banks so that some of them don't shine to make heart shapes all across Oxford

Um, they are very definitely masks (you can even see on the photo, where the mask doesn't quite fit at the bottom), also the ones at the crossroads by Holywell aren't LEDs either :P
