2 Guardian fics and Sunday Six

I posted the first of these fics a bit over a week ago but forgot to link it here. The other one went up yesterday. (There's something of a mood whiplash between the two stories.)

Title: Parachute (Guardian | 镇魂)
Word count: 2700 words
Characters/Pairing: Shen Wei/Zhao Yunlan, Jiajia
Content/Tags: Established Relationship, Hurt/Comfort, Sickfic, Shen Wei and his terrible life choices, Shen Wei's students adore him and he has no idea why
Summary: Shen Wei doesn't have time to be ill. Not on a day full of classes. Which, thankfully, he's already prepared, because otherwise this would be a complete disaster. He gives himself the time to make a hot cup of tea and then grimly embarks, with the same determination he's previously entered battle under.

And my Sunday Six for this week:

"Mmm-hmm. We came straight out here because you didn't want to talk to the Regent, tell me I'm wrong."

Shen Wei compressed his mouth unhappily but, honestly, he couldn't say that Zhao Yunlan was incorrect. No matter how much he'd have liked to. He had had exactly two conversations with the Regent, since… everything. He had taken care to be unfailingly polite.

"Ok," Zhao Yunlan said, after Shen Wei continued to fail to respond. "Let's poke about here a bit and see if we can find anything. Then decide whether to hop over to the palace for a chat. Yeah?"

"Ok," Shen Wei agreed. He hoped they wouldn't have to. And also, he would need to find some reason to explain why summoning a portal to take them there would be harder than Zhao Yunlan expected, even within Dixing.

Maybe he wouldn't notice.

So this one is another unexplained post-canon fic, except that while Shen Wei is alive and everything his power levels haven't recovered and he is 100% not mentioning this to anyone because if he doesn't think about things maybe they will go away and also Zhao Yunlan would WORRY.

Also it has Adventures In Caves. Because I haven't written any of those since SGA times and I realised how much I missed them.

Unexplained post-canon really is my favorite -- it's what they deserved, so why not give it to them!! Also adventures in caves sounds like lots of fun~~~ (for us, not for them). Have I mentioned lately how glad I am you're in this fandom and bringing the h/c? ^_^

Aww, thank you so much! ♥ I really *really* love this fandom. I've also started living my best life by accepting that in fanfic, as both a reader and a writer, I am literally just here for the h/c and I should embrace that. :D

Both because I am all for writing the fic you most want yourself (whether to write or to read) and also because I personally benefit with more h/c! ^^ (it's not all I want...but it's a good part of it, and right now especially it's what I'm most in the mood for ^_^)
